Food for You: Racing Car

We all know that cake is probably the best thing would complete any occasion. We see it everywhere - stores, bake shops, pastry shops... But now, it is the most trend used all year round.

I am a cake artist. I am an amateur in decorating one but majority say that it came from a professional. *blush* My cake decorating started just a hobby. I started from the old 7 minute icing technique to fondant making. I never thought I would leveled up like this. I did a lot actually.

Last week, my mom told me that an order was placed and has to be delivered by Sunday. She told me that the client, a 4 year old boy wants a color red car with specs of yellow. Thinking... Hmmm... Lightning McQueen from Cars perhaps? We agreed on it.

Over the weekend, we started. My mom did the baking and I did the rest. It was a pain while carving the medium at first. But in the long run, I'm getting the hang of it. I, myself was in shock when I saw the finished product. It took me one day to complete the whole thing.
