Ingredients:
1 pack Magnolia Chicken Thigh
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup onions, cubed
1/2 cup green bell pepper, cubed
½ cup red bell pepper, cubed
100 g PF Honeycured bacon
¼ cup white wine
425 g can chunky tomatoes in can
2/3 cup water
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp cumin
2 tsp hot sauce
100 g baguio beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup onions, cubed
1/2 cup green bell pepper, cubed
½ cup red bell pepper, cubed
100 g PF Honeycured bacon
¼ cup white wine
425 g can chunky tomatoes in can
2/3 cup water
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp cumin
2 tsp hot sauce
100 g baguio beans
Procedure:
Rub chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet heat olive oil and sear chicken cut-ups. Set aside.
Makes 6-8 servings.
